EXPECTATIONS & CONTRIBUTIONS

Starting Therapy

You are offered a weekly appointment for a period of between 6-8 weeks until your first review is completed, and thereafter no longer than 6 months. Your sessions will be at the same time on the same day each week for 60 minutes and we ask you to please notify us 24hrs in advance if you need to cancel, there is a late cancellation fee that applies if you fail to do so.

Links Counselling Service is a charity that seeks to make counselling accessible to all, therefore we do not charge a set fee for our services. In order to keep providing a high standard of counselling,
we ask all clients to think about making a donation towards their ongoing therapy.

If you have no means to donate towards your therapy, please come along anyway,
we will never turn anyone away!

All clients will be asked to sign a contract before beginning their counselling, this will give a further outline of what to expect from counselling as well as agreeing to our confidentially policy.
