Aims and Priorities for 2020-2023
1. Support families – Working systemically to support the whole family unit
2. Suicide Prevention – Providing timely support for those with suicidal thoughts
3. Early intervention – Through programmes and support groups, we aim to prevent the onset of more complex mental health issues
4. Specialised Services – Training and implementing specialised therapeutic services
5. Geographical Expansion – Linking other communities to counselling in various locations
6. Standards – Ensuring good governance, standards of services and accreditation.
7. Sustainability – Providing counselling within the community beyond grant funding, sustaining jobs and services through social enterprise models and charitable opportunities.
